Please note that to get back to the cfgas.com site, you will need to close your online payment window and your cfgas.com online session will still be active. Direct DebitMake sure that you never have a late payment again! Enroll in our online payment program that will automatically deduct from your banking institution 15 days after the billing date (not the due date). It is as easy as filling out our Direct Debit Form and mailing it to us with a voided check in your next bill. Phone-inCFG's customer service department is able to receive credit card payments over the phone to pay on your account. Just give us a call at 800-55-Go-Gas or locally at 863-293-2125 and choose the prompt for the customer service department. Mail-inWith each monthly bill, you will receive a self-addressed envelope. Mail either a check or money order with your account number written on either form of payment, along with the top portion of your bill. For your own safety, please do not send cash. |
